The house is located just 20 meters away of the beach, in a peaceful place and its a maisonette of 110 square meters. Both floors have beautiful balconies with a sea view.
Our house has a modern decoration, all rooms have new furnitures and beautiful paintings. Also we provide all the necessary electrical appliances. The maximum number of people our house can accommodate is 8.
There are 2 floors, with a living room and a well organised kitchen on the first floor. On second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one master and a smaller one) with a main bathroom and a second one. Both floors have beautiful balconies with a sea view!

About New Anchialos: It is a small city of 7,5 thousand population located by the sea in Pagasitikos Gulf and only 15 Kms away of the town of Volos. The modern town is built on the ruins of the ancient city of Pyrasos and is associated with the nearby city of Thessalian or Phthiotic Thebes, near the modern village of Mikrothivai. Pyrasos is scarcely known from historical sources, except that it was an active harbour and featured a famous temple of Demeter and Kore, after which the harbour was later known as Demetrion. The only excavation which took place on the hill of Magoula, the old acropolis, southeast of Nea Anchialos, proves that the site was peopled since the earliest Neolithic period (6th millennium BC) by fishermen and agriculturalists.

The New Anchialos / Volos Airport is located 18 km away from the city the city of New Anchialos and 26 km from Volos...easily accessible from the motorway E75. One can get a bus from the airport terminal or a taxi to come in New Anchialos.
